COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN

In response to COVID- 19, the focus and commitment of MN Aviation is to provide our distinguished service, while creating a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients. In compliance with Circular Letter 2020-03 of the Department of Labor and Human Resources of the Government of Puerto Rico, we have implemented a Control Plan for Exposure. This Plan will allow us to responsibly take the necessary measures. Protective Equipment & Social Distancing MN Aviation provided all employees the protective equipment necessary to use it while on the job site for the protection of our team and guests. The use of these protective equipment is mandatory for all employees, which includes protective masks and gloves for ramp employees and pilots, disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes. A social distance of six feet between one person and another is required at all times. To reinforce the requirement of social distancing, employees are prohibited from greeting through physical contact, as well as having physical contact with employees, contractors, customers and others present in MN facilities.

Facility Cleaning

Facility Cleaning M&N has implemented a strict Facility Cleaning Plan, which includes cleaning and disinfecting: door handles, counters, pens, computer screens, furniture, and other surfaces that receive human contact. Our staff will take care of daily cleaning, as usual. The cleaning plan includes cleaning and disinfection of common areas such as: entrances and doors every hour. In addition, it includes disposing of solid waste. Additionally, MN employees work in spaces leased to Jet Aviation San Juan, who have established and implemented their own COVID-19 Exposure Control Protocol.

Aircraft Cleaning

We have thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our aircraft interiors with an antimicrobial barrier that provides lasting protection from various bacteria, germs, and viruses like the coronavirus. Its durability comes from the molecular bond it forms with surfaces once cured, which provides sanitation for one year. In addition, we are doing deep cleaning of our aircraft with hospital grade disinfectants effective against COVID-19, before and after every flight, including but not limited to our trays, sinks and High-contact areas such as seat covers, armrests, and seat belts.
